Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a writer
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• You are solely responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality
• One account per individual writer - multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• You must have the legal right to work in your country of residence

1.2 Verification Process

• We may require government-issued ID verification for identity confirmation
• Academic credentials and qualifications are subject to verification
• Writing samples must be original work and may be checked for authenticity
• We reserve the right to reject applications without providing specific reasons
• Background checks may be conducted for certain writing categories

2.1 Quality & Professional Standards

• Deliver 100% original, plagiarism-free content for all assignments
• Meet all order requirements, specifications, and submission deadlines
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients at all times
• Adhere to academic integrity standards and avoid facilitating academic dishonesty
• Proofread and edit all work before submission to ensure quality
• Respond to client feedback and revision requests promptly and professionally

2.2 Prohibited Activities

• Submitting plagiarized, AI-generated, or previously published content
• Sharing client information, order details, or proprietary platform information
• Circumventing platform payment systems or engaging in off-platform transactions
• Creating multiple accounts or misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, fake bidding, or artificial rating manipulation
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots for bidding or order management
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against clients or other writers

3.1 Payment Terms & Schedule

• Payments are processed weekly (every Friday) or bi-weekly based on writer preference
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 for all payment methods
• Available payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and other regional options
• Transaction fees may apply for certain payment methods and are the writer's responsibility
• Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of payment processing
• Earnings are held for 14 days after order completion to cover potential revisions

3.2 Tax Responsibilities & Compliance

• Writers are independent contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
• We provide annual earning statements (Form 1099 for US writers) for tax purposes
• International writers must comply with local tax laws and reporting requirements
• Writers must provide accurate tax information when earnings exceed regulatory thresholds
• Platform fees and commission structures are clearly outlined in writer dashboard

4.1 Content Ownership & Rights

• Writers retain rights to their portfolio samples and personal marketing materials
• Upon full payment, delivered work becomes the exclusive property of the client
• Platform content, design, and technology are owned by Prime Writers Hub
• Writers grant clients full copyright and usage rights to delivered work
• Moral rights may be waived unless specifically retained in writing

4.2 License Grants & Usage Rights

• We may use your profile information and success stories for marketing purposes
• Anonymous performance data and aggregate metrics may be used for platform analytics
• Writers grant us license to display and distribute submitted work to clients
• Platform may store and display writing samples with writer permission

5.1 Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the platform only for its intended purposes of connecting writers with clients
• Respect all users including clients, other writers, and platform staff
• Report technical issues, bugs, or security concerns promptly to our support team
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and platform information
• Use platform communication tools professionally and appropriately

5.2 Usage Restrictions & Prohibitions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of platform technology
• No automated bidding, order applications, or use of bots/scripts
• No spamming, unsolicited communications, or mass messaging to clients
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access to platform systems or data
• No uploading of malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• No impersonation of other users, staff, or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or other platform policies
• Consistently poor quality work, missed deadlines, or negative client feedback
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Non-payment of owed amounts or chargeback disputes
• Harassment, unprofessional conduct, or violation of community guidelines
• Extended account inactivity (180+ days without login or order activity)

Upon termination, writers will receive any outstanding earnings minus applicable fees and charges. Certain information may be retained for legal and business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7.1 Order & Payment Disputes

• Contact support within 7 days of order completion to raise disputes
• Provide comprehensive evidence including order details, communications, and deliverables
• We mediate disputes fairly and impartially based on platform policies
• Decisions made by our dispute resolution team are final and binding
• Refund or adjustment decisions consider both client and writer perspectives

7.2 Legal Disputes & Arbitration

• Legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court trials
• Arbitration location: New York, NY, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Each party bears their own arbitration costs and legal fees
• Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived by using our platform
• Governing law: State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or platform features. We will notify writers of material changes through platform notifications or email at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with substantial changes, you may terminate your account within the notice period.
